Rules & regulations
  • Participants will receive the case study at the commencement of the event.
  • The Google Sheets link will be shared by the host school one day prior to the competition with each participating school.
  • Participants must extract relevant data from the case study and create a structured budgeting worksheet.
  • Data Organization: organize the dataset with headings, consistent formatting and a structured layout.
  • Data Processing & Analysis: use formulas, functions, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting and data validation.
  • Data Interpretation: derive logical conclusions from the budgeting model, highlighting key financial insights and trends.
Submission & presentation
  • Participants present their analysis and key findings from the Google Sheet, with a clear, structured explanation of calculations and insights.
