  • No registration fee for participation in TECHMANTHAN 4.0.
  • Registration link remains active until July 20, 2026.
  • Participating schools receive a Login ID and Password after registration.

  • Event-specific WhatsApp groups have been created to share details and resolve queries.
  • Only one teacher in-charge per school can join the WhatsApp group for each event.
Dress Code
Plain white shirt (without school insignia) with black trousers.
Language
The medium of communication for all events shall be English.

  • Live online events will be conducted on August 21, 2026.
  • The technical interface used is 'Google Meet'.
  • Timings and the meeting URL will be shared via the WhatsApp group.
  • One teacher in-charge will join the live session from a separate device using the event code.
  • The host school will conduct strict invigilation; participants may be asked to share their screen at any time.

Participants must

  • Ensure a stable, good internet connection.
  • Join the event 10 minutes prior to the start time with the allotted event code.
  • Keep cameras turned ON throughout the event.
  • Keep all necessary resources ready beforehand.

  • Offline events will be conducted on August 22, 2026.
  • All necessary details will be shared one week prior through the WhatsApp group.
  • No boarding and lodging will be provided by the host school.
  • Only one teacher in-charge from each school should accompany all its participating teams.

  • Participants must use only the allotted event code during the presentation; the school name should not be disclosed.
  • Each student can participate in one event only.
  • The organizers and jury reserve the right to disqualify any participant/team for not adhering to event rules and regulations.
  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding for all.
  • Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

Awards & prizes

  • All winners will be awarded trophies, certificates and attractive prizes during the Award Ceremony.
  • The overall trophy will be awarded to the school with maximum achievements.
  • E-Certificates will be provided to all participants.
